aTG IgG

The aTG IgG (anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies IgG) test is a blood test used to diagnose celiac disease, particularly in patients with IgA deficiency, where IgA testing may not be reliable. These antibodies are produced by the immune system in response to the presence of gluten in individuals with celiac disease.
