GenX Laboratory conducts highly specialized blood, urine, and stool tests that provide detailed insights into your body's functioning. In the results report, you will find a detailed description of the tests that are out of the norm, along with an explanation of what these tests mean and how to work with the results.

Do you really have your own laboratory?

Yes. Our laboratory specialized in clinical biochemistry and hematology is located in Prague, specifically in Chodov. We perform most laboratory tests directly at our facility. If a client requires specific tests beyond our offering, we collaborate with other laboratories to arrange these tests for the client.

What should I do if I am ordering tests for someone else?

If you are ordering tests for another person, you can specify this information in the note for the seller while filling out personal details in the cart.

How will I receive my test results?

Your results will be delivered to your email, which you provided when placing the order. The delivered PDF document is password-protected, and all necessary instructions for opening it will be sent in the email.

Where can I find information on how long it takes to process the results of my specific test?

The duration of results may vary depending on the specific test, but this information can be found in the parameters of each test.

We offer many examination packages focused on various aspects of health. Each package specifies which methods it includes and which areas it covers.

What information will I receive in the results report?

In our results report, you will find a detailed description of the measured values of individual parameters, reference limits, tailored dietary supplement recommendations, general recommendations for a healthy lifestyle, nutritional advice, and if you have purchased a medical interpretation, this interpretation will also be part of your results report.

Can I customize the content of the packages according to my preferences?

Yes, some of our packages offer multiple levels of selection, allowing you to customize the content of the package according to your preferences. Each package includes a series of specifically selected methods depending on its focus.

Is the express obtaining of results within 24 hours available at all examination points?

No, express obtaining of results within 24 hours is only available at collection sites in Prague.

How can I select additional services for my examination?

What can I do if I need a deeper analysis or understanding of my examination results?

If you want a deeper understanding of your results, you can order an interpretation from our internist. This expert will make a detailed analysis of your results and recommend further steps depending on your health condition.

When will I receive a request form for sample collection?

After successful payment, you will receive a collection request, no later than the next working day.

What should I do with the received request form?

There is no need to follow any diet, please come on an empty stomach for the most accurate results.

How should I store your products?

Each of our products has storage conditions indicated on the packaging. Generally, they need to be stored at room temperature and protected from direct sunlight.

How should I take your dietary supplements?

All our products are subjected to dissolution profile analysis during development for optimal absorption in your body. Important information is indicated on the packaging of each of our products.

What is the shelf life of your products?

We recommend using all our products within 6 months of opening the protective aluminum foil. However, the minimum expiration date can be found on the packaging.

How does GenX tailor dietary supplements to my personal needs?

Our major advantage is the combination of our own clinical biochemistry and hematology laboratory and our development and production of dietary supplements. Thanks to this connection, we can combine scientific approach with individual care, providing you with optimal solutions for your health and designing tailor-made supplements based on your unique test results. Are your packages recyclable?

Our packaging and all packaging materials are fully recyclable. The main box is made of paper and its individual parts are glued with ecological glue. Recycle the main box into paper. The bottle is made of polypropylene and must be recycled into plastic. The paper label is made of paper and is recycled into paper.

Can dietary supplements replace a varied and balanced diet?

Dietary supplements, as the name suggests, are meant to supplement the diet and their use does not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Are GenX dietary supplements suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

The composition of each of our products, including the material used in the production of the capsule, is indicated on each product.

About the production of dietary supplements
Do you really develop your own dietary supplements?

Yes, we develop our own dietary supplements in collaboration with doctors and nutritionists. For example, we spent 2 years working on our first product, GenX Recovery.

Do you have your own production of GenX dietary supplements?

Yes. Once the product is developed and tested, it is then manufactured at our facility in Prague.


Our facility meets all hygiene and legislative requirements and follows the HACCP system. This system includes all critical steps of the manufacturing process that determine the health safety of the final product and can identify hazards and prevent health damage to you as the end consumer.


All our products are also tested by our collaborating laboratory, the State Health Institute in Prague. The facility is also supervised by SZPI – the State Agricultural and Food Inspection.

Where do the raw materials for the production of your dietary supplements come from?

We carefully select all our raw material suppliers and purchase them in Europe and the USA. Our suppliers undergo rigorous testing and have certificates of the highest quality, ensuring top quality of all their raw materials such as ISO, IAF, FDA, etc. Quality is our top priority!

Can I get advice on choosing your dietary supplements?

Of course, we collaborate with doctors and nutritionists during the development of our dietary supplements and then provide possible consultation on their selection. In case of consultation, do not hesitate to contact us HERE.

Is it possible to take dietary supplements without a doctor's prescription?

Yes, it is possible. Dietary supplements are over-the-counter products that you can purchase without a doctor's prescription.

About ordering and delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed on the same or next business day after payment is received. The delivery day depends on the transport company you choose, but usual delivery of an order takes 2 – 5 days after payment.

Is it possible to send an order abroad?

Currently, we focus on the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but if there is a possibility of sending abroad, do not hesitate to contact us HERE.

How much is postage?

The shipping cost will be displayed after you choose the transport company.

Is personal pickup possible?

Yes. Personal pickup is possible at our facility address Kurzova 2387/17, Prague 13 - Stodůlky. However, prior telephone arrangement is necessary at the phone number 731 007 192.

Is it possible to order cash on delivery?
