How to undergo an examination

We offer a variety of tests available on our e-shop for you to undergo. After making your selection, add the desired test to your cart.

CHOOSING A COLLECTION SITE

Next, you will select a collection site. The e-shop will provide you with available collection sites along with their addresses. You can find a list of all collection sites and additional information about their operating hours HERE. For most collection sites, there is no need to pre-book an appointment, except for Brno.

Note: If you are purchasing dietary supplements along with the test, please select the shipping method for the supplements. After completing the order, you will receive an email with additional selection of the collection site.

CONTACT DETAILS

Please provide your contact details, which are important for filling out the requisition form and for the collection nurse at the collection site.

If you wish to receive the result report in a language other than Czech, please specify in the notes when filling out your contact details in the order.

PAYMENT

The final step is payment. The e-shop offers online payment by credit card. The e-shop will automatically redirect you to the payment gateway (if you are not automatically redirected, click on the button to pay online). After payment, you will be redirected back to our e-shop.

EMAIL INBOX

After payment, you will receive an automatic reply with your order number and further instructions for collection in your email inbox. You will also receive a requisition form for collection in your email inbox (no later than the second day after ordering). Please print the requisition form and bring it to your chosen collection site.

TIPS BEFORE COLLECTION

Avoid strenuous physical activity or exercise the day before collection; Skip fatty foods in the afternoon and evening before collection; Blood collection should be done on an empty stomach; Drink approximately 250 mL of water or unsweetened tea in the morning before collection; If you are allergic to disinfectants or certain types of plasters, inform the collection nurse before collection.

VISIT TO THE EXAMINATION POINT

No advance booking is required for the examination (except for the Hostivice and Most collection sites); Upon arrival at the collection site, present the requisition form you received in your email inbox, which you provided when ordering from the e-shop, to the collection nurse; You will be instructed by the collection nurse about the collection procedure; Inform the collection nurse if you are taking blood thinners, experiencing nausea, or are allergic to disinfectants or certain types of plasters; After collection, apply pressure to the site with a cotton pad for 5 minutes; If you experience nausea after collection, inform the nurse immediately.

RECEIVING RESULTS

Results of the selected tests are sent via secure email, and use your birth number to open them; Results are sent within 7 business days, depending on the test you have selected (the time may vary for microbiome testing); We recommend consulting all results with your general practitioner or a specialist.
